CAA Terms and Conditions
Community Agro-input Agent Responsibilities:
- Identify and Engage Farmers: Actively seek out farmers in need of water, irrigation, and agro-input solutions within their community.
- Create Awareness and Educate: Inform farmers about the company's products, services, and available financing options.
- Profile, Survey, and Submit Farmer Data: Collect and electronically submit technical and personal information to the company for follow-up.
- Attend Training and Build Capacity: Participate in regular trainings to stay updated on products, technologies, and best practices.
- Support Sales and Provide After-Sales Service: Guide farmers through the purchasing process and assist with basic after-sales support and feedback collection.
- Facilitate Local Activities and Demonstrations: Organize or support field demos, training sessions, and follow-ups in collaboration with company staff.

Requirements:
- Must be a resident of the community you wish to serve
- Minimum of 2 years farming or related experience
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Good reputation in the community
- Access to a smartphone for data collection and reporting
Note: WaterWay reserves the right to terminate any CAA agreement if terms are violated or performance is unsatisfactory. CAAs must maintain high ethical standards and accurately represent company products and services.
Performance Metrics: CAAs will be evaluated quarterly based on farmer engagement, data quality, and sales performance.
