Community Agro-input Agent Responsibilities:

1. Identify and Engage Farmers: Actively seek out farmers in need of water, irrigation, and agro-input solutions within their community.
2. Create Awareness and Educate: Inform farmers about the company's products, services, and available financing options.
3. Profile, Survey, and Submit Farmer Data: Collect and electronically submit technical and personal information to the company for follow-up.
4. Attend Training and Build Capacity: Participate in regular trainings to stay updated on products, technologies, and best practices.
5. Support Sales and Provide After-Sales Service: Guide farmers through the purchasing process and assist with basic after-sales support and feedback collection.
6. Facilitate Local Activities and Demonstrations: Organize or support field demos, training sessions, and follow-ups in collaboration with company staff.
